You have reached the home base of Dan Hodgins. Feel free to contact me on Facebook and LinkedIn. In case you are wondering, Easiology is a brand and domain name of mine, and I am currently developing a project that will be launched here in the summer of 2009.
I will be convocating from UBC in June 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Geography major. It's the second major educational program I have completed. The first was a two-year diploma program in Broadcast Communications at BCIT. Other achievements I am proud of include my 3 summers spent working 7 days a week in the mining exploration industry in northern BC, the Yukon, and Nevada, U.S.A. They were adventurous but tough summers, and the scenery was as stunning as it was dangerous. Perhaps the best lesson I have learned through my education and work experience is the importance of finishing what I start. Mentoring a twelve year old boy for one year with Big Brothers and conducting 20 workshops for high school students with the BC Crisis centre were valuable and gratifying volunteer experiences, and I successfully completed both programs. As with all good stories, the best part is yet to come, so stay tuned by connecting with me on Facebook and LinkedIn. Thanks for visiting.
